I start crossfit next week, I’m kind of terrified. Looking forward to new challenges.

I have wanted to draw this for a long time. XD; My first impression of BodyBalance = I was convinced I was a bender of some sort. Lol.
Edit: Body Balance is a Les Mills’ class that combines Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. As some of you mentioned, Water Bending is inspired by Tai Chi. These poses are Tai Chi!
Anyone who has done a body balance class will understand this. Very clever. I love bodybalance, it might not be a big calorie burner but it is so good to stretch out your body and chill out.
