Woke up early for a hike this morning, finished the day with body balance. I tried to stretch out since I’ve got crazy DOMS from pump class. tomorrow morning I start a rigorous bootcamp and hope a bath soak with help my muscles recover! I’m a bit excited and terrified about this bootcamp, I’m really hoping to gain fitness and tone up parts I have struggled with in the past.
Now can any one tell me if foam rolling helps your recovery?
