Quinoa black bean salad :)

Healthy eating tip: Cook multiple servings of your food (but make sure you can eat it before it goes bad!).  It’s super helpful to have big salads in the fridge, especially during the school year or if you’re working, to just grab a portion and go :) 

Make it yourself: 4 servings of quinoa (1 cup dry), 1.5 cups black beans, 1 cup cherry tomato, 1 cup chopped cucumber, grated carrots, chopped onions, 1 avocado, any other veggies you adore; seasoned with lemon zest, chili lime spice, and 1 tbsp. olive oil.  

Not eating clean. stress. no exercise = Cranky, pimples and stress.

I need to go to gym today as well as drink more water. Winter = hard to drink water.

Skipped gym to clean my house. Grrr why do I feel so out of sorts at the moment. I need to get back into routine. At least I have a healthy dinner and made lunches for tomorrow.
